The book charts the development of the Workcenter's performing arts research through a decade of conversations with Thomas Richards.

querido Carlos Vargas,
me alegra de que hayas publicado las informaciones que te envié sobre el "Workcenter.." La experiencia que uno realiza en esa vieja granja en medio del campo, en Toscana, es irrepetible. Sea que estès de paso o de manera permanente. Serìa esencial que tus lectores latinoamericanos escribieran al "Workcenter" para poder ser seleccionados y preparados en este duro trabajo vocal y corporal que implica la investigaciòn sobre el arte del actor. Es el legado del maestro polaco. Serìa interesante que se comenzaran tambièn a traducir estos textos fundamentales para la real comprensiòn de las investigaciones que allì se llevan a cabo.
Sorprendido gratamente por los avances que has desarrollado en estos ùltimos años, me despido desde Palermo auguràndote todo tipo de sorpresas en tu vida. Ya nos tocarà volvernos a ver.
